I don't so much have a junk drawer as I have..... about a dozen junk boxes in various places. I have way too much junk and it's not even sorted as to what types of junk except one rubbermaid tub is all various kinds of wires, electrical, audio, video, computer.... just a big KNOT of wires, it makes me cringe to look at it so I just keep it stuffed under the bed.

And then there's the computer junk box with various computer components in it, most of which are pittifuly outdated... I should chunk most of that, but I might want to build a spaceship one day with the wires and computer parts so I keep them.
