You need to do a little trick wuth a mine cart. Take one SW (as I remember it), and flip the lever on the way. You will come to a place where you need to jump out. Try to catch up to it after you jump. After that, it shouldn't be too hard to find the caverns.
For the peryolitium key and the violations report, you need to get into Kepler's office. Obviously, you can't get in the easy way. Think back to the OSM job. You might get some ideas.
Oh, and you'll get the sledgehammer after you get to the sandstone caverns.
And I forgot where to get the silver key. Probably also after you get to the sandstone caverns.
