Um, so about my job. No, I still work as a tollbooth attendant. I have third shift, which I like, because I make a game out of guessing if people are driving home late or driving to work early.

But I know all about cubicle life, because I underwent an extensive series of research outings, including visiting the offices of my friend one time. I learned how tough life in the cubicle aisles was when I had to sign in. I asked why I had to sign in, and the receptionist said so there is a record of who was in the building when -- I'd have to sign out before I left, you see, so I figure if I didn't sign out, they'd send in emergency rescue personnel to get me, and if I had died in there, well, they'd already know who I was and save my family the grief of identifying the body. I'm guessing a little here, but I'm thinking I'm not far off.
