Stuck in FQ2- Clown's Nose and Drake

I am hopelessly stuck. I cannot for the life of me find the clown's nose (I know it's a blue rubber ball) or kill the drake. Here is my inventory:
15 Onions
Crown of Destiny
Cross
Pliers
Sack
Float Ring
Roc Feather
Iron Support
Small Silver Coin
Sap Tap
Coconut
Sword
Silver Key
Bucket
Huge Ladder
Sunstone

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
