Nope, you haven't given her all of the coins. When you give her the tenth coin, she will give you an item, and I can see that you don't have it.
I had a problem like yours when I went through the game. I was missing the final coin and I found a list of location hints, but I thought that I had found a coin at every location! This may be your problem.

Go down this list again, and find the coins that you are SURE you have found. Then you can ask for more specific help about the others.

1. Have you found a coin underwater?
2. Have you found a coin beside the soothsayer?
3. Have you found a coin in the rubble of a building that you wrecked 20 years ago?
4. Have you found a coin in the rubble of a building that you wrecked recently?
5. Have you found a coin in the tower?
6. Have you found a coin within one move of the tower?
7. Have you found a coin in the gardens?
8. Have you won a coin by gambling?
9. Have you been given a coin by someone with wings?
10. Have you found a coin near a dead creature in the enchanted forest?

By the way, you can ignore the broken ladder pieces. There is no more use for them.
