I think it depends entirely on how you feel about Harold. Getting divorced doesn't make him a bad guy. If you see him often, you might want to treat him as an uncle, even if you just call him Harold.

I have an ex-aunt, but she is 90 and I have only seen her once. She seems nice, and her son, my cousin, is a great guy. She divorced my uncle sixty years ago. She didn't seem to mind when I called her by her first name.
