Oh, for Pete's sake... don't take this the wrong way, but it's early and I haven't eaten breakfast yet...

Okay, that felt better. Now PAY ATTENTION.

Look, once you get away from the stupid giraffe, waste some time outside the valley (don't go back in) - it'll take about 6 or 7 moves. When you finally enter the valley again to begin with, the giraffe should have gone back to the west. Instead of going to the west again, go NORTH into the caverns and map out where you can go. (There are only 6 rooms and 2 exits, arranged in a neat rectangle. It is NOT hard.)

As for where the other entrance is, I practically handed it to you: There is only ONE PLACE in the area where you have the option of "Try to find another way up." Even with the option of using the goo, keep trying that option. (I suspect, however, that you will have to go thru the caverns first before you can find the way back in.)
