2 Hours? Is it on a go-slow or something? I've flown from Heathrow to Aberdeen, which is almost half as far again and never taken more than 70 minutes. Last time I flew to Edinburgh, it was from Gatwick, which is further south than Heathrow and it only took 50 minutes.

Be warned, though. British airports are not the nicest places to be in, especially for domestic flights. Make absolutely sure you know which terminal you're flying from too, as getting between them in a hurry is a pain.
