FQ2 - healing the tree?

*sigh* Okay, I need help now.

I've done away with the cyclops, the cat, the lion, healed the Indian, given the soothsayer enough coins to get the "sticky situation" hint, gave the mermaid the mirror, been all over the island... and I'm completely stuck.

I know I've got to get something to heal that tree in the Enchanted Forest, but I don't have a clue how to do it. Here's my inventory:

1 Onion
Small Silver Coin
Sap Tap
Blue Rubber Ball

2 Tree Branches
Silver Key
Fishing Net
Iron Support

Sack
Float Ring
Coconut

Hey, I got this far...
