Unfortunately yes. *sigh* I strongly wish that wasn't the case, but by being able to get away with something, it does tend to allow that action be be repeated. And if they get away with it a *lot*, well.... that just makes the action more and more common, or so it would seem. Though that's all I'm going to say about that. (Yes, a short post from me... be surprised. :-P )

Some of the first at times, quite a bit of the second, but not the third. Although probably in quite different ways then most people who have such thoughts feel.
