I dearly wish I could do just that. I've been to
New England in the autumn months twice
now, and I love the scenery. The first time was
when my wife and I were married, and we took
our honeymoon in the White Mountains. On
the way back we drove down the
Kangamangus highway, and even got out and
dallied a little bit along the banks of the river at
one of the many scenic parking areas. I'll
never forget it. I would love to go back there
next fall for our fifth anniversary; if I can make it
happen I will.

As for this year, I'll just have to settle for the
Hayes Arboretum in Richmond, Indiana. The
last time I was there in the fall I was in high
school, but to my recollection they have some
very nice walking trails and beautiful foliage to
boot.
