Or he's describing the kind where the drink isn't frozen, but is constantly pushed through a fountain of some sort inside the bin, so it sluices down the sides of the see through bin all the time.

Kelly, I didn't see one on their site link below, but I did see several things that might be it in their "Call Us" for a quote section. If you find one there, I can pick it up for you and ship it.
