The appraisal guy came to our house today. We finally cleaned up the house (we finished at about the crack of dawn, thanks to a thing called caffiene), the guy came and took *exactly* ten minutes glancing around the house before leaving, and it's costing us $350. I can't help but think there's something wrong here.
