The one to the elevator? The one to level 9? And also, is there supposed to be some kind of period or semicolon or question mark between "thingy" and "i"? Also, by "them" I assume you mean the members of your party? And I assume that by "couldnt keep it" you mean that this "pass thingy" didn't appear on your inventory after you healed your characters? I know I sound kind of nit-picky, but I'm having a really hard time understanding your post. If all I assume is true, then you might have accidently sold it or dropped it. Check at the end of the shop's inventory. If it's not there, then you'll have to go and get it again.
