This guy was driving along in Sevier County, Tennessee, when a local cop stopped him.
"What is the problem, officer?"
"You didn't stop for that stop sign."
"But I slowed down. That's the same thing isn't?"
"No, it's not the same thing."
By this time, the driver had gotten out of the car and voices were rising and a big arguement developed. Finally, the cop grabbed the driver around the neck and began smacking him on the head with a club."Smack, smack, smack, smack!"
"Stop!" yelled the driver.
And the cop asked, "Do you want me to stop, or just slow down?"
