Help with Story Hunt 4:8

I can't figure this one out, and there are no hint-giving posts for it either. The first two lines are okay, but I haven't a clue what the third and fourth line mean. "Beware the Achilles two three eight and seven / Make haste to painter four six seven eleven". Could someone please give me a nudge in the right direction?
