POA Power Conduits

I've read through the posts on the subject and
I've been doing this for a while now, but I can
not figure it out. I thought I had it, but it
didn't work. My mind does not work this way, and
the more it is explained, the more confused i seem
to be. PLEASE, someone give me a hint, or a
solution :), that I could understand. Use small
words because I think i've actually become more
stupid trying to figure this out!
