I didn't say marijuana should be criminalized. The unhealthiness of getting high with marijuana is only a relatively unimportant reason of the reasons I believe it is immoral. I would never want to criminalize anything for the reason that it is unhealthy to smoke, eat, drink, or inject it. There was a point in my life when I decided that getting high and getting drunk (merely another way of getting high) were immoral. I don't think about it at all, really, anymore. I might think on it again, and trot out an argument. It might be too long, and I think it unlikely that most people would agree in any case.
