Earlier today I was coming back from the beach, one of the myriad beaches around Los Angeles. My brother was driving and up ahead in the distance, we saw a guy in the road. On closer inspection it turned out to be a "surf dude". He was skateboarding along the road, with his surfboard under his arm. Naturally, I took a picture, but I have no website, so anyone who wants to see it should ask for it.

I commented at the time, "The ultimate in Californian-ness, skateboarding home with your surfboard under your arm!"
