Clark Howard. He is a radio talk show host
whose show is all about consumer
awareness and, in his own words, "helping
people avoid getting ripped off." He's on in my
area every weekday from 3-6pm on the local
AM newstalk station.

People can call his show with problems like
yours and he'll give them advice on what they
can do to recover their money, or if it's not
possible, what they should do to avoid getting
ripped off again.

He has a website. There's probably a list of
stations that air his show on there
somewhere, but I couldn't find it. However, you
can listen to it on-line. There's lots of goodies
there that might interest you, including "Get
Rid of Telemarketers," "Save Money on
Travel," and "How to Complain Effectively."
