POA: Getting close but need help

I've gotten as far as getting K. Johnson on my side, but he's not doing anything. I've got the soda, but can't give it to the kid yet. I've seen postings about the jackhammer, but where can I get it? I'm trying to work my way toward building this shield that others have talked about.
