Seeking Peryolitium Shard Number Six

Having a hard time finding the last peryolitium shard necessary to make the shield... I'm pretty sure I've gone through the entire mine, though I could be wrong. I've made my way through the sandstone cavern from top to bottom and made it across the stream up north... Any hints would be appreciated.
Also, I'm still looking for the 4th rubber tube and evidence for Johnson, though after going through the message forums numerous times, I'm pretty sure I know which way to go. My inventory, if it helps:
