I don't eat spaghetti much. I don't care for Italian food (including pizza) -- I like pasta and cheese but I despise tomato sauce.

Thus, when I eat spaghetti, the sauce stays separate from the noodles. I twirl the spaghetti around the fork then dip it just a *bit* in the sauce, then eat.

With my spaghetti, as well, I usually melt some grated Monterey Jack cheese in a small bowl or cup and eat that either with the spaghetti or straight. Can't have pasta without cheese.
