I haven't even seen it. I suspect it's somewhere in a list of attributions, either in the beginning or the end. The whole book is a collection of Computer Stupidities, or at least so I gather, and I'm probably credited as a source. The author and I have corresponded a bit during the book's production. He asked permission to use some of the CS material, and since everything about that site except for the name and the intro texts is public domain, I granted it (and probably would have anyway). I'm curious to know how much comes from CS and how much does not. There's no reason he couldn't have used ALL the CS anecdotes and called that good. Anyway, I'll be getting a copy in the mail before long (the author gave me a gift certificate through email for me to get a copy). I'll let you know more when it arrives.
