To finish hijacking this thread completely, I have to add that I am totally addicted to this cereal called "High Fibre Crisp" that I started buying for the healthy aspects. As the name implies, it is high in fibre, and it has four different types of grains which are clearly evident in the ceral, in their natural shapes, which is pretty cool. The one downside is that it has too much sugar -- something like six grams a serving, which is more than any other cereal I would buy. (I was raised on low-sugar cereals, and I stick to them, partly because I have never had a cavity, and it certainly wasn't because I made a Herculean effort out of brushing my teeth regularly.)

In order to help with this problem, I sought out other cereals in the Natural Market section of my grocery store. I found this one called, simply, "8 Grain", and bought a box. To me, it kind of tastes like cardboard (probably because it has something like -2 grams of sugar per serving -- yes, I believe it DOES actually suck sugar out of me when I eat it) but it is stunningly healthy and good for me.

Now I find myself buying both cereals and mixing the two together, and eating them more than my other cereals, simply because I like them so much.

So yes, one can enjoy healthy things. Now I just need a good workout partner so I can start to enjoy working out again. Or a gym membership, so I can go hit on women who are straining on the bench press while wearing earphones and having glazed looks on their faces.
