It means your Druid's HP automatically increases by one point per a couple of moves. Also if you pick up Something of Healing and wear/wield it, the same can work for any character.

> 2. I notice that when I sell something to the shop, it seems to appear right away for sale in the shop. I wonder if this is how the shop works--that is, the shop is really a collection of items that fellow adventurers found during their exploration and sold for cash.

Not really, since I have found that every Murkon's Refuge game is independent of the others. But I'm not completely sure. Sam, how does it work?

> 3. If the above is true, does it hold for the entire game, or does it hold for on a town to town basis. That is--when someone sells something in say--Lyesis, will it immediately become available in the Lyesis shop to all adventurers or does it become available in all the shops throughout the game to all adventurers.

I don't think it becomes available to anyone in the other games, but I'm not sure.

You don't want to know this in detail in advance, but here is a rough sketch.

Perinn: Really cheap. Inn is free, equipment is cheapish, clinic is cheap.
Kaliti: Cheap. Inn is cheap, equipment is a bit more expensive than Perinn, clinic is cheapish.
Lyesis: Quite cheap. Everything is only a bit more expensive than Kaliti.
Teralt: Horribly expensive. Equipment is about the only thing you can get at a decent price.

> 5. the AC helps protect against physical attacks, but does the AC really help in terms of protecting against spells? I don't notice a huge difference in the amount of damage a frost dragon does by blasting ice at me if I have 20 AC or 60 AC(I increase my AC dramatically by implementing various spells/items in the hopes that I get reduced damage, doesn't seem to help too much)

No, AC does not help against spells. You need Fire/Cold/Poison Resistance.
