Here are my two little bits of advice. The first is that most of the people in your high school, even in grades above you, would love to have another friend. Say hello to new people that you meet in your classes, even risky looking ones -- good things can happen. The second is that if you're worried about people putting you in a locker, start working out more. It's not really the new found strength that'll save you, it's the offshoots of confidence and happiness that will.
