Both. It's a time issue, of course, and that necessitates doing it in a certain order. Try starting at the one near the junkyard: since it takes a while to get to/from there from the main parts of campus, you don't want to have to cross the intervening space more than once.

Just keep doing the interview until it says you've succeeded. Try all the possible lines of conversation, and when you get upset enough, you'll find a new option turning up somewhere which will allow you to finish him off.
