OSM job - POA

I am trying to repair the OSM in POA and I'm not getting anywhere. I have been into the section accessed from Kepler's office, and found the beetles in the control room. I have flipped the emergency access and access system reset switches back and forwards and gone around trying other maintenance doors once I've flipped them. But I can't get into any of the other sections, and so I can't get into any of the other control rooms. Help!
