GOA---still can't get that darn blanket (possible spoilers?)

I know I posted this same thing like a week ago...but I still can't get the blanket. I've tried everything, including talking to everyone I can find in the plaza in Larosis, multiple times...any hints would be greatly appreciated...thanks...
