(As weird as this may sound) I have two opinions on this. One opinion isn't really a strong one. That's where I believe that the long sword +3 is better, but I've never used them both on assassins. I've used the long sword +3 on knights and stealth blade with my rogue. I find that the stealth blade doesn't do as well (but it also could be my rogue). But one thing I did notice is that crit. hit isn't always a good thing. I believe that the crit. hit on an anoited crossbow is 90% (if i'm wrong let me know). I have two people with them and they have only had once or twice a critical hit. Then there is also the town shop opinion. I believe they say that the stealth blade is better.
