Stuck on storyhunt 4:4

I've found the correct site but I'm having problems. I've got what seems to be the answer, fulfils the riddle criteria but it won't register. There are numbers involved.

The clue is:
For something puzzling,
Gnaw on this:
Scramble the letters,
For solved grid bliss.

Any suggestions?
