Fantasy Quest - I'm dumb.

Alright, I'm in that sort of "I've looked around everywhere, but I have no clue as to what to do," stage.

Things I need to do, but don't know how:
Help that gnome.
Get past cat.
Get into fortress.
Get into tower.

Items:
Silver Key, Scroll, Arrow, Pass Ring, Carrot, Gold Key, Hammer, Fishing Pole, Sunstone, Rope, Sword, Nails, Club, Branch, Shovel, Bow, Ticket

Passcode thingies:
Peanut Butter, Jello Bath, Tootle Cakes, Sanguine

Feel free to get me some sort of clue as to where I should go next.
