You can get extra pass things just by going out and finding them again. The ones that are dropped by monsters you can get every time to load the level again. The ones that you find lying on the floor you can find whenever your current party doesn't already *have* one. So if you journeyed up to Perinn, gave your other guys pass items, then your stronger party could go find new pass items to get back.
