Well, as some of you know, I've finally decided on a major. It is health science (or, as flyingcats insists, TEETH). Basically, I'm going to become a dental hygienist.

I had a dream last night about my first day of school. I had no idea what my schedule was or how to get to my classes, so I just showed up randomly and hoped it was the class I needed to be in. Luckily, the class I finally ended up in was the right class, only about five hours late. But hey, at least I made it there.

So I guess you could say I am a little nervous. It is a very intense program, so once I get into the program, I may not be around much. Of course, that will most likely be years from now (I still have another year before I can even APPLY, and then I will be put on a waiting list and stuff) so you don't need to worry about missing my charming presence just yet.

Anyway, I'm also very excited. I've been somewhat depressed lately that I didn't seem to have any direction in my life. But then everything fell into place for me to do this, and I've been debating for a while about it. The idea (to become a dental hygienist) popped into my head one day and it stuck. I finally decided to look into it, and the more I did, the more I wanted to do it.
