How do i beat Pheicryn??

i can get to the point that pheircryn is over the
murder hole and after that nothing else works
i cant lower the portcullis, get the sword, get
the chain, or get the oil without her getting out.
the only thing that will keep her in the hole is if
i attack with my hands or kick which leads to
her getting out. please help!!
