Fantasy Quest-totally stuck!

What is this jewelled dagger that everyone is talking about, and where do I find it? If it's in one of the buildings, I can't get into the tower, the castle, or the fortress, so someone please help me with those too. Furthermore, I've lost my sword. Help!
