Oh, tell me about it.

I was insanely irritated by a clerk in our office because, when assembling a packet of documents, he always aligned them along the *bottom* edges, rather than by the top. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Wouldn't matter if they were all the same size, but just imagine a bunch of 8 & 1/2 x 11's with two or three legal size thrown in, sticking out at the top (instead of sticking out at the bottom and then neatly folded under). Just the kind of thing to make your clients wonder which planet your company hires from.
