I made a really good peanut butter & jelly sandwich the other day. First, I switched to whole wheat bread. I never liked white bread with PB&J anyway, so why not. Then I substituted a little mustard and mayo for the jelly and replaced the peanut butter with thin slices of roast beef. I threw in a few chips of dill pickle and there you have it -- a really great peanut butter and jelly sandwich. And it doesn't stick to the roof of your mouth.
