It's hard even from diagrams, because it's a 3-D (not 2-D) problem. Basically what you're looking for is to make a curvy line with the conduit that will pass through each of the junctions.
If you can, try making a model using something donut shaped. I just squished up paper and taped it and drew on junctions and conduit lines, but I was really wishing I had an inner tube and some electrical tape.
I found it helpful once I had figured out what I was supposed to do, to shuttle directly from one junction to the next in the order I had the current going. Kept me from making input errors.
