It's hard even from diagrams, because it's a 3-D (not 2-D) problem. Basically what you're looking for is to make a curvy line with the conduit that will pass through each of the junctions.

If you can, try making a model using something donut shaped. I just squished up paper and taped it and drew on junctions and conduit lines, but I was really wishing I had an inner tube and some electrical tape.

I found it helpful once I had figured out what I was supposed to do, to shuttle directly from one junction to the next in the order I had the current going. Kept me from making input errors.

If you go north from Junction A to Junction B, remember that the conduit from Junction B back to A must go south. (It is just one cable connecting the two together, even though you have to specify its direction in both places).

If you look, you will see there are two junctions you cannot possibly connect. They need to be the starting and ending points in your circuit.
