Well, a game where you have one character, based in Perinn, using no equipment, items or magic whatsoever, and does not die even once in the entire game is about as hard as you can get in this version of Murkon's Refuge.
To make it any harder, try playing blindfolded. Now THAT's a good way to impress your friends!
