Murkon's Refuge: Inn fees

I was just curious about how they figure out the fees for the Inn. Does is matter on what level your character is on and what class they are? Or is it also what kind of person they are (ex. Wind Elf, Halfling...)and if they are male or female? Here's my characters if it helps at Kaliti:

Doggie: Male Level-11 Rock Elf Assassin (costs 315)
Birdie: Male Level-11 Human Assassin (costs 300)
Band Aids: Female Level-13 Wind Elf Rogue (costs 315)
Quack Quack: Male Level-11 Human Sorcerer (costs 309)
Moo Moo: Male Level-12 Halfling Wizard (costs 309)
Kitty: Female Level-12 Dwarf Druid (costs 300)

I'd like to know because I'm curious and it's bugging me crazy. Thanks.
