Alley help

I'm stumped. I am in the building trying to
escape through the alley, but I can't get the
guard's attention.

I have:

5 rubber tubes
Knife
Bazooka
Crowbar
Rock

I can't find any other objects in the building,
like some people have hinted at, and there
seems to be no pattern in the guard's
movement except that every 5 listens he
passes to the north.

Help! What should I do?
