First Bat 2, Murkon 0

Huzzah for First Bat The Second! He has most heroically defeated Murkon, using less than 300 SP in the process (I think).

I found it rather amusing, actually, dueling with Murkon with 30 Royal Escorts standing around me and trying desperately to hit me. They would have done better to go play pinball or something.

I still haven't found that impressive weapon alluded to in a previous post. I guess I'll have to play again ;) I just wanted to beat Murkon at a reasonably low level.

I honestly couldn't imagine beating Murkon without the combination of spellcasting ability and impressive armour. Good luck to anyone who tries to make a go of it without retraining.
