Here's the situation: Gimli(M Dwa Kni)has a Dagger +1. Picara(F W.Elf, Rog)has an anointed dagger. Someone in the party found a flail +1, so who should I give it to? Also, is chain mail better than plate armor or is it the other way around? Thanks again!
