I'd recommend not looking for any help at all, even the subjects of posts for that game, until you're stuck in it. Then, if you do get stuck, first check the hints page provided for that game. Then, as a next resort, scan the subject lines on this forum for that area of the game you're stuck in.

I might even amend that first part. The best thing to do would be to solve the game without getting any hints whatsoever. I don't think there's even a single AGL puzzle that could be considered unfair or illogical. I admire the people who can play a game and get stuck for *months* but who persevere and eventually finish it all on their own.
