I've been playing fantasy quest for a VERY long time. I have gotten nowhere.

1) How do you get in the north tower? Is it by spell or hook, or arrow, or what?

2) What is the float ring for? I have no idea where to use it.

3) Is anything in the tower important? I can't get anything?

Please help! I need to find help or i fear i will have to give up!
