Well, my second party is now all of level 6, and is able to handle levels 1 and 2 easily, but not level 4. (I am skipping level 3 because there's nothing important there.)
I will leave my first party dead at Lyesis until my second party gets strong enough to get there. When they do, I will make a party of half old characters and half new characters, who will try to get back to Kaliti. If they succeed, getting back to Perinn will be next to trivial, and I will resurrect the dead guys in there.
