He rented a room, but he's not here now. He went to Ramshackle Town to visit some backward sort of fellow. I overheard him say the address. It's on Finnicky Street. Um...I forget the number."

I have a strange feeling it has something to do with Slapdash City...maybe with being finicky? But how do they fit together? Please help!
