I am stuck in the dungeon area - as far as I can tell inventory is not a factor here. I have read through the many previous questions regarding this area and they >seem< to contradict each other.

All I really wish to know is whether the combination is:

a) related to repeated hitting

or

b) A special combination of the 3 (such as sword shovel, then club)
